Check File Permissions

All website files have access permissions that tell the hosting server how to deal with requests to access the files. If your backup error says to check your website file permissions, then you will need to do this via your website Cpanel “File Manager” page.

In order for Website Backup Bot to access your files for your backups, each file must have it’s permissions set to: 0644

For more information on how to edit your file permissions, check your hosting provider’s support or visit Cpanel support at: https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/68Docs/File+Manager#FileManager-Modifyfileorfolderpermissions
