Whitelist MySQL IPs For DB Connection

To connect to a database (DB), you may need to whitelist and authorize our IP to allow the database remote connection. If you are having trouble connecting to your MySQL database, then your hosting provider may be blocking our IP connection. Follow the steps below to add our IP to your approved list for connecting remotely to your database.

  1. Log into your cPanel account (via your Hosting Provider).
  2. Under the “Databases” section, click the “Remote MySQL” button.

  3. In the “Remote MySQL” page, type in the connecting IP address: 23.23.60.225

  4. Click the “Add Host” button to save the IP.
